Donation Terms & Conditions

Logan’s Little Warriors (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through camps, mentorship, and resilience-building programs. By making a donation through our website or payment pages (including via Zoho Checkout), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Donations – All donations are voluntary and non-refundable except as outlined below. We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, FEIN 93-1858575. Contributions are generally tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. We provide no goods or services in exchange for donations beyond the intangible benefits of supporting our mission.

2. Recurring Donations – If you select a recurring (e.g., monthly) gift:

- You authorize us (and our payment processor, such as Stripe or Zoho Payments) to charge your chosen payment method on the selected interval until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime by logging into your donor portal (via the payment processor), or emailing us at info@loganslittlewarriors.org. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We may attempt retries for failed payments.

3. Refunds

- One-time donations: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 30 days (contact us promptly).
- Recurring: We may issue prorated refunds for the current period if requested shortly after a charge. Refunds are not automatic. All refund requests should be sent to info@loganslittlewarriors.com.

4. Payment Processing – We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment details. Processing fees apply (typically ~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction); these are deducted before funds reach us.

5. Tax Receipts – We will send an automated acknowledgment/receipt for donations over certain thresholds (e.g., $250 for substantiation). For questions, contact us.

6. Changes & Acceptance – We may update these terms; continued donations after changes imply acceptance. These terms are governed by California law.
